About Tessier Gardens
Tessier Gardens is a small and delightful park, hidden away between Babbacombe and St. Mary church. Although it was given to the town in 1933 as an 'adults only' park, today under 18's are actively invited to use the park under adult supervision. Visitors can take in the views from the comfort of the 'Sun Temple', can explore the scented garden - which was constructed in 1975 for the blind - or can simply sit back and relax with a picnic.
