Situated in an historic airfield used during the First and Second World Wars, the National Museum of Flight is home to 43 aircraft – from the daunting early days of flight to the sleek sophistication of Concorde. Discover the stories behind the aircraft and the men and women who flew them – how difficult were they to fly? What speeds did they reach? What would it have been like to build and fly them? A fantastic day out for all the family.
