About Hampden Park
Hampden Park is a tranquil escape with brilliant facilities, just a stones throw away from the town centre of Eastbourne. The northern part of the park boasts a wealth of native wildlife, amongst the Decoy Pond and sem-natural woodland of Decoy Woods. Find a shady spot under one of the fine specimen trees; take a spring time stroll around the park, to see the beautiful colours of the crocuses and daffodils or; visit the Arboretum and History Garden, with the trees and herbaceous border, laid out to show how plants have arrived in Britain throughout the centuries.
