1) Baby Changing room - mats have no straps, basin has no hand towels, and bin says 'not for nappies' 2) Food took 1 hour from time of ordering until being ready. 3) Four year old asked never to be taken there again because he had to wait too long for dinner and the toilets were "disgusting" 4) Staff not very friendly and the place is not very clean.
