FUN AND GAMES FOR ALL THE FAMILY THIS SUMMER AT KENT LIFE

KentLifeHeritageFarmPark has unveiled a packed and varied programme of summer holiday activities and events, including Kent Life by the Seaside and the return of the Ice Cream Festival.

Six weeks of fun on the farm kick off on 22 July with a fortnight of Whacky Races-themed events. Why not take part in one of our many races or cheer on the competitors to see who wins the most points? And don’t forget to pick up your Explorer Card when you visit this summer – use it to collect stamps for various activities on offer before exchanging your completed card for a free child ticket for Kent Life’s famous Fireworks Spectacular, being held this year on Sunday 5 November. Farmyard Fairy Tales take centre stage from 7- 20 August, when visitors join our entertainers across the site on fairy tale themed activities.

Plant your very own beanstalk and join in and build the three little pigs houses.Kent Life by the Seaside from 21 August to 3 September promises to get you in the holiday spirit with guaranteed fun for all. Visit our sandpit and build a sand castle or sit back and enjoy the uproarious Punch and Judy Show.

You can even join in the knobbly knees competition!Last summer the attraction organised its first ever Ice Cream Festival and on 28 August it’s back by popular demand. You will discover ice cream vendors, chocolatiers and sweet stalls galore! And when you’re not tucking into an ice cream why not tap your feet to music from The Boogie Woogie Gals or take a trip around the farm aboard our land train or tractor ride?

Kent Life is the county’s premier rural heritage experience, set in 28 acres of glorious countryside. Visitors can wander through period dressed historic buildings in the charming Vintage Village; explore the beautiful gardens, orchard and one of the last hand-picked hop gardens in the country; ramble along the wildlife discovery trail and see the last working coal-fired oast house in Britain. The award-winning attraction is also a real working farm, so there are plenty of animals to see, including pigs, sheep, ducks, goats, alpacas, horses and ponies. You can even hold some of the smaller animals in Cuddle Corner.
