What an absolute joke...........nothing has changed since i attended 30 years ago......sorry yes it has changed,its falling apart because of the lack of money invested.You can only walk round part of the house because the rest is shut off to the public.The house tour consists of about one third of the house and you can see that there has been no refurbishment for some time or any signs of repair.My wife and i attended with a picnic and when we went back to the car to get our food we were informed that now you have to sit outside the grounds at a tiny little picnic area or sit in your car.We stayed about 2 hours because we had seen all of it and not being allowed to eat in the grounds we left and went home.

Went here when i was younger and loved it! I remember everyone dressed up as the characters and how realistic it was. Gives you a great insight on what times were really like back then and great for all ages, I thoroughly recommend visiting here!
