Omagh is the county town of Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The capital of Northern Ireland, Belfast, is only 68 miles to the east and Derry (aka Londonderry), the second-largest city in Northern Ireland, is only 34 miles North of Omagh. With a population of around 21,000 it is the largest town in Tyrone.
