About St. Werburgh's City Farm
This farm has something for all visitors to enjoy, and makes for a welcome respite from the busy, urban living of the city. For children looking to burn off some energy, there is a wooden adventure playground hidden amongst the trees nest ot the cafe and has activites and facilities suitable for both younger and older kids. For those wanting something more tranquil, then the community garden makes a perfect stop. Containing a number of different flower beds and vegetable plots, this garden is perfect to sit and relax whilst watching the world go by. The farm itself has a number of animals to get up close and personal : from pigs, sheep and goats to ducks and rabbits, you're bound to make a new furry friend and learn about their livelihood here on the farm.
