HAVE A HORRIBLY FUN HALF TERM AT BRISTOL AQUARIUM

Throughout the October Half Term holidays (October 22nd – November 1st) visitors to Bristol Aquarium are being invited to take part in a week-long exploration of predators big and small.

There will be the chance to discover deadly creatures and find out who preys upon whom.

A daily programme of talks, feeds and activities include a food chain quiz, ghastly goo-making workshops and the opportunity to test your nerves in the petrifying predator pods – will you be brave enough to find out what’s inside?

As part of the half term fun the Harbourside attraction will also be hosting its very own Big Draw event on Wednesday, October 28thfrom 10am – 5pm.

The Big Draw is an annual event organised by the charity Drawing Power, which aims to encourage more people to get involved with art.

Visitors will be invited to add their own sea creature drawings to help create the longest aquarium ever seen.

On Friday, October 30th between 6pm-9pm the aquarium will be running its first ever Spooky Torchlight Tours.

The aquarium takes on a life of its own at night, but not many people get to see it. For one night only the aquarium will be opening its doors after dark with special tours by torchlight.

Discover what happens when the visitors leave and find out which creatures come alive in the dark.

Tours last approximately an hour and start every 20 mins from 6:10pm to 8:10pm. Usual entry fees apply. Spaces are strictly limited per tour and pre-booking is essential on 0117 929 8929 or email [email protected]
