About Peterborough Cathedral
The seat of the Anglican Bishop of Peterborough, the Cathedral Church of St Peter and St Andrew still stands and is an amazing piece of religous architecture. Originally built in the 12th century, but restored and extended over the centuries, the cathedral contains many areas of historical interest and, as a still functioning church, offers services throughout the week.
