About The Georgian House, Edinburgh
This eighteenth century house built for Chief of the Clan Lamont, John Lamont, stands to this day and remains a fantastic example of Georgian-style architecture. Restored to its former glory in 1970, the house is home to a large collection of fine furniture and reflects the luxuries of living in such a grand building of the period.
