About Boydells Dairy Farm
Boydells dairy farm is a small working farm in the North Essex countryside. The farm specialises in sheep milking and provides a fun and educational visit for both children and adults!
Unlike other farms they give you a guided tour around the farm animals, with lots of hands on activities. You can try your hand at milking a cow, feeding hens, riding a donkey kart and watch the sheepmilking in the modern 'rapid exit' parlour.
There is no cafe but you can use the picnic/play area before or after your visit. There is a small shop selling refreshments, dairy produce and plenty of "pocket money" souvenirs.
