We had a great time at the sea life centre yesterday. It only takes about an hour but my kids (5yr and 1yr) really enjoyed it. They especially enjoyed the rock pool talk (you get given a timetable for the talks/feedings on entry) and got to touch a star fish and crab. Not a whole day out but worth a visit if you are in the area.
