Hot on the heels of his BAFTA nomination for Best Actor in the critically acclaimed movie, American Hustle, comes news that British A-lister, Christian Bale, will be honoured with a Madame Tussauds wax figure to be unveiled at the world famous London attraction in February.
Bale's figure will replace the American Hustle star’s 70s style for a dapper red carpet look, sporting a sleek black suit with tousled shoulder length hair.
“We are extremely pleased to be unveiling the new figure of Christian Bale at Madame Tussauds London," commented PR Manager, Nicole Fenner. “As one of Britain's most successful international actors with an impressive haul of awards including an Oscar and Golden Globe already under his belt, Bale undoubtedly deserves his place here. And with a starring role in one of the hottest movies of the moment as well as a BAFTA 2014 nomination, the timing is perfect for him to make his Madame Tussauds debut - we're sure his fans will enjoy meeting him next month."
Bale's figure will be in good company, joining fellow BAFTA nominees Leonardo DiCaprio and Judi Dench and a host of other screen stars from Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, to Julia Roberts and Johnny Depp.
