Arrive at Thomas Land this February half term

If you’re looking for the perfect family day out this half term, make sure you head to Drayton Manor Theme Park, near Tamworth, Staffordshire. 

Europe’s only Thomas Land attraction, along with the 15-acre zoo, will be open for the young and young at heart this February half term (Saturday 15^th – Sunday 23^rd February), as well as the first four weekends in March (1^st, 2^nd, 8^th, 9^th, 15^th 16^th, 22^nd and 23^rd March), before the entire park opens for the main season. 

Thomas Land is home to 21 rides and attraction based on the characters from the ever popular Thomas & Friends™ series. Young adventurers will love the Troublesome Trucks Coaster and Cranky the Crane Drop Tower, whilst the latest addition, Winston’s Whistle-Stop Tour, provides an aerial tour of Thomas Land the whole family will enjoy. 

The zoo is home to over 100 different species of animal for visitors to see and learn about. There’s a mischievous meerkat mob and a pair of endangered black leopards, as well as an adorable Brazilian Tapir which was born in November as part of a recent baby boom.

The 2014 main season runs from Saturday 29^th March 2014 to Sunday 2^nd November. The Fireworks Spectacular weekend is 1^st and 2^nd November.
