Tom Aikens has been Head Chef in some of London’s top restaurants including Pied à Terre, in which he was the youngest British chef to maintain their 2 Michelin star rating. Best known for his own restaurant Tom’s Kitchen and his appearance on the BBC2 programme Great British Menu.
