Manchester Science Festival, for three nights only from Monday 26 October to Wednesday 28 October, will be bringing some of the most popular sci-fi films and series of the 21st century back to the future against the stunning medieval backdrop of the Manchester Cathedral’s medieval quire.
For Monday night’s double bill featuring The Matrix and The Fifth Element, dig out your leather coat A prize of two free tickets to a music concert goes to the best dressed audience member on the night.
A large audience of E.T. fans of all ages will be waiting for the moment E.T. calls home on Tuesday night with Back to the Future making up the second part of this great double bill. Do not miss the DeLorean car and photo-booth which will take up residence outside the Cathedral all evening. Family tickets are available.
Wednesday is Red Dwarf night with six of the best loved episodes from its 20 year run handpicked by show creator Doug Naylor.
