FROM BIRD ISLAND TO REGENT'S PARK

ANGRY BIRDS MOVIE STARS CRASH LAND IN TOWN FOR SPECIAL APPEARANCE AT MADAME TUSSAUDS LONDON

The Angry Birds Movie stars - Red, Chuck and Bomb - made an unscheduled stop en route to Madame Tussauds London, direct from Bird Island, leaving birdwatchers and joggers in Regent’s Park speechless. The avian A-listers crash landed in the capital to star in the world famous attraction's very first digital experience, opening on Saturday May 7, ahead of the much anticipated movie release on Friday May 13.

The larger than life Angry Birds figures (Bomb stands an impressive 6ft tall!) caused a commotion in the park, attracting admirers eager for a selfie. "I've seen some incredible wildlife in this park over the years, but never anything quite as large, colourful or crazy," commented birdwatcher, Matthew Jackson. Emily Warren, a Passer-by, exclaimed: "It's great fun. A brilliant way to start the day and now I can say I've met not one, but three movie stars!"

From Saturday May 7, the trio will be causing a commotion back at the attraction when Madame Tussauds London opens its first digital experience, as animation and smart technology bring key moments from the movie to life in an astonishing 3D landscape. Guests get to interact with the birds, in their digital and physical forms, and use their mobile phones to take part in the action too.

Red, Chuck and Bomb will be starring at Madame Tussauds London until July, when they will be catapulting out of the UK to tour Madame Tussauds attractions around the world.

Book ahead and find out more at www.madametussauds.com/london Tickets to Madame Tussauds London start from £23.80 when you pre-book online.
