A mythical Celtic dragon now guards the entrance to the mysterious King Arthur's Labyrinth, the underground storytelling adventure set deep in the mountains of Southern Snowdonia near Machynlleth.
Ian Rutherford, Director of King Arthur's Labyrinth said "The dragon has really captured the attention of visitors this year, with many using it as a backdrop for a souvenir photo of their visit to the Labyrinth. We're seeing him on various social platforms too."
Visitors to King Arthur's Labyrinth join a hooded Boatman who sails them back across a thousand years on an underground river and through a magical waterfall, the gateway to the Dark Ages. As they explore the Labyrinth, Welsh tales of King Arthur and other ancient Welsh legends come to life through stories, dramatic scenes, light and sound. Here dragons abound and visitors come to recognise the guardian of the entrance as the same dragon that features as King Arthur's crest.
