This summer Woodlands Family Theme Park in Devon has issued a new challenge to visitors if they choose to accept! The challenge is a brand NEW ride unlike any other park in Devon called VERTIGO.
Imported from Italy, the ride involves riders blasting into the sky while spinning out of control. The park has worked hard with the ride creator ‘Moser’s Rides’ to increase its safety rating so the ride can be enjoyed by smaller children as small as 96cm accompanied with a guardian who’s ready to face the challenge. Local construction companies were involved at various stages in the installation of the ride. Everyone worked hard and managed to get the ride installed in just two days ready for the summer holidays.
The new Vertigo ride is located in the Sea Monster Zone opposite a crowd favourite the Sea Dragon Swing Ship and is one of the first rides you see as you drive through the park’s gates.
Director Chris Bendall commented “we are very excited to introduce this new ride to Woodlands Family Theme Park offering something completely different to our guests. The view from the top is something that has to be experienced”.
