Spinnaker Tower wins tower award

The Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth has beaten stiff competition from fellow world class towers including the Empire State Building and the Eiffel Tower to claim a staffing award at the World Federation of Great Towers conference in Berlin. The annual event sees 37 towers in 20 countries across the globe meet to recognise success among its members and build on achievements together.

Winning the 'Staffing Award' reflects the dedication Spinnaker Tower gives to training its team to deliver exemplary customer service. The tower forms part of the Continuum Leading Attractions Group, which ensures every staff member receives an extremely high level of training in its own Guest Service Charter and as part of the WorldHost programme.
