About Yorkshire Heart Vineyard & Brewery
Yorkshire Heart is a family run Vineyard and Brewery in York, which focuses on producing their award winning English wines, as well as lovely craft beers.
The Vineyard itself started in early 2000, from a love of making wine and the passion for growing plants. Here 35 vines were planted, making their first official wine 5 years later, which inspired their idea of planting on a commercial basis. From there it grew into the the brilliant vineyard it is today!
In 2011 the Micro-Brewery was set up, based at Carlton Farm, where the whole process is completed here, from bottling to casking. Over the years the team have worked to build the brewery up from its modest beginings to the modern brew house it is today.
Yorkshire Heart has so much to offer its guests, with great tours and tastings amongst 10 acres of land, with brilliant views of the vines and surrounding natural beauty.
