Approached in the car park prior to entry and quizzed on how old my children were. Told in a very inappropriate manner that we would be asked to leave if my older children went in the soft play area. The chef was smoking with the door open and smoke came into the building. Then she continued to prepared children's food. Appalled by my experience today!

went with my son, daughter in law and 2 grandchildren aged 3 3/4 and 6 1/2. We had a fantastic day, so much for the children to do outside on the climbing apparatus etc. We fed lambs and stroked various animals in the barn,then the children rode on toy tractors. The refreshments were very reasonable and there was a lovely little indoor soft play area to amuse the children while we relaxed with a hot drink. Well worth the entrance fee, will go again if we are in the area
