About Caludon Castle Park
Caludon Castle Park is the Area Park for the South of the City and although it is smaller than others, the park is highly valued by the local residents. There are lots of facilities for the children, from a children's area for the little ones to a teen's area with five-a-side football, basketball, netball and tennis. The site also contains two scheduled ancient monuments, for the adults to explore, including the remains of the Grad 1 listed Caludon Castle - with its vast history dating back to the 12th Century.
