Aberdeen Science Centre, which was established in 1989, is a pioneer of interactive science discovery in Scotland. Their enthusiastic and dynamic team continues to develop interactive and contemporary programmes that transport visitors, of all ages and backgrounds, to the heart of discovery. Attracting 53,000 visitors each year, bringing topical issues to the fore through exhibitions, debates, shows and work- shops that challenge views and explore evidence. Cutting edge research is brought to life through collaboration with universities and industry partners. Offering a rich mix of engagement activities and formats, with an exhibition area of 500m2, a fully equipped discovery lab, show theatre and a lively coffee shop.
