About Princes Park
Princes Park, adjacent to the picturesque seafront of Eastbourne, became nominated as a Queen Elizabeth II Field in 2011. The parks most central feature is the artificial lake, where model yachts and powerboats are often raced, swans congregate and sailing is taught to all ages. Sit back and relax with a picnic, next to the lake and amongst the scented rose garden, whilst the children play safely in the playground - with seasonal 'Splashtastic' water play area.
